Corfu Summer Institute

Due to renovations of some large hotels in Corfu, we are not optimistic that we will obtain special rates from enough hotels this year. You may book your hotel using Dafnis Travel agent booking platform (tel. +30 2661 022005) which offers reduced prices in various hotels in Corfu, or any of the generally respected platforms, such as Booking.com, Google Travel, Tripadvisor, or airbnb.com, to book your accommodations.

Besides the Arion Hotel, hotels that we have collaborated in the past, and are located conveniently, include Ariti Hotel (★★★★), Hotel Bretagne (★★), Corfu Divani Palace Hotel (★★★★), Corfu Holiday Palace (★★★★★), Hellinis Hotel (★★★), Mayor Mon Repos Palace (★★★★), and Royal Grand Hotel (★★★).

Please note that September is a peak tourist season in Corfu, and accommodation availability is limited. We strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible after registering for the conference. Reservations should be made directly with your chosen hotel, specifying your participation in the Corfu2026 Conference. Please inquire directly with the hotel regarding their specific policies on deposits, cancellations, and other charges.

Payment Policy: The reservation must be confirmed at least 30 days before arrival, and the cost of the first night must be paid as deposit.
Cancellation Policy:If canceled or modified 20 days or more before the date of the arrival, the amount of the first night will be refunded. If canceled or modified 19 days or less before the date of the arrival, the first night will be charged. If canceled 10 days or less before the date of the arrival, then there is a two nights charge per room.
