We are currently negotiating discounted rates with several hotels in Corfu for conference participants. Details will be posted below as soon as agreements are finalized.

Please note that September is one of the busiest months in Corfu. The demand for hotel rooms and accommodations during September is very high. We encourage you to book an accommodation as soon as possible after your registration.

Please note that September is a peak tourist season in Corfu, and accommodation availability is limited. We strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible after registering for the conference. Reservations should be made directly with your chosen hotel, specifying your participation in the Corfu2025 Conference. Please inquire directly with the hotel regarding their specific policies on deposits, cancellations, and other charges.

Payment Policy: The cost of the first night must be paid as deposit in order to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:If canceled or modified more than 19 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the first night will be refunded. If canceled or modified less than 19 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
