Georgios TSAKNAKIS, Senior Research Fellow, LIDAR Scientist
Dr. George TSAKNAKIS (Ph.D) joined the LRSU group on September 1999 and obtained the MSc in Laser Remote Sensing of the atmosphere in 2000. He obtained the PhD Thesis from the NTUA Laboratory of Laser Remote Sensing of the Atmosphere on July 2006. He is also involved in DOAS and LIDAR measurements over the Greater Athens area, in the frame of the Pythagoras II research project (2005-2007). Additionally, he has worked in the ESA-QOMA project (2011-2014)
Dr. Tsaknakis has participated in more than 20 competitive research projects all in the lidar technological field. He is co-author in more than 25 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and in more than 45 Proceedings of International lidar conferences.

Georgios AVDIKOS,Post-Doc Research Fellow, LIDAR Scientist
Dr. George AVDIKOS (Ph.D.) joined the LRSU group on September 2004. Actually, as a PhD student at the NTUA Laboratory of Laser Remote Sensing of the Atmosphere. He obtained his PhD on 2006. Dr Avdikos has participated in more than 5 competitive research projects in the lidar technological field. He is co-author in more than 5 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and in more than 8 Proceedings of International conferences. Actually, he works part-time at LRSU.

Panayotis KOKKALIS, Post doc. Research Fellow, LIDAR Scientist
Mr. P. Kokkalis joined the LRSU group on October 2007 as a LIDAR Scientist. He obtained his Ph.D. Thesis on May 2014 from the School of Applied Matehmatics and Physical Sciences from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Athens, Greece.
He is a co-author of more than 25 scientific papers on aerosol properties and more than 40 papers in Proceedings of International Conferences.

Athina ARGYROULI, M. Sc., Ph. D. Student, LIDAR Scientist
Mrs. A. ARGYROULI, (M.Sc.) joined the LRSU group on October 2012 as a LIDAR Scientist in the frame of the FP7 Marie Curie ITARS Netowrk. Actually, she works, as Early Stage Researcher (ESR) on the role of aerosols in the cloud formation within the Planetary Boundary Layer (PBL) over Athens.
She is a co-author of 2 Proceedings papers.
