To access this dialog box, use the pop-up menu of the Thread Data Sharing Filters window. To access this window, select Parallel > Thread Data Sharing Filters.
Toolbar

Use the Data Range Filter dialog box to specify a data object to filter for further data sharing analyses. Any further accesses to this data object will not be displayed in the Thread Data Sharing Events window.
Note
The filter does not affect data sharing events already displayed in the Thread Data Sharing Events window.
- Data Item
Specifies the data object to be excluded from further analyses. You can enter any expression.
- Byte Count
Specifies the size of the data object to be excluded from further analyses.
- Language
Selects the programming language for the data range to be filtered. This language will be used permanently, unless you change it again. The language selection is also used for new filters.
- Use sizeof() on Data Item
Check this checkbox to use the object size (sizeof (expression)) as size of the data object to be excluded from further analyses.
