POSIX Subroutine: Removes a directory.

CALL PXFRMDIR (path,ilen,ierror)

path	(Input) Character. The directory to be removed. It must be empty.
ilen	(Input) INTEGER(4). The length of path string.
ierror	(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.

If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.
