POSIX Subroutine: Changes the current working directory.

USE IFPOSIX

CALL PXFCHDIR (path,ilen,ierror)

path	(Input) Character. The directory to be changed to.
ilen	(Input) INTEGER(4). The length of the path string.
ierror	(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.

If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.
