
Ioanna Zergioti is an Assistant Professor at the Physics Department of the School of Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences. She obtained the Physics diploma (1989) from University of Crete and PhD degree (1996) at FORTH. Since 1996 she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute fur Biophysikalische, and then at Philips CFT (NL). From 2000 to 2003 she was Senior Researcher at FORTH and she was Project Coordinator at the Holauthentic “Holographic sensors for authentication of pharmaceutical industry”. From 2003 to 2007 is appointed at NTUA, as a Lecturer and then as an Assistant Professor.
