Vector Evaluations

Columns

Note iconNote

The window displays as many columns as necessary to show the longest evaluation, depending on the iteration currently being used. For smaller evaluations, unused columns are disabled.

Tip iconTip

To edit the values, double-click them.

Pop-up Menu

Size

Choose Size to select the desired display type for an iteration, such as INT32.

Add Evaluation

Choose Add Evaluation to add a new evaluation to the Vector Evaluations window. Alternatively, you can add evaluations by using the popup menu of the Source window or by using drag and drop.

Remove Evaluation

Choose Remove Evaluation to remove the selected evaluation from the Vector Evaluations window.

Format

Choose Format to select the desired display format for an iteration, such as hexadecimal. The format can only be changed for integer iterations, for FLOAT32|64, the format is fixed to float.

Mask

Choose Mask to highlight cells that are masked by a selected mask register.

Column Resizing

Choose Column Resizing to select an appropriate column display. The window offers three different display options:

  • Full Column Width

    • The column widths are optimized to display the complete values. You can use scroll bars if the whole window content is wider than the current window width.

  • Small Column Width/ Auto Resize

    • All columns are visible within the window. The complete values might not be visible. When you hover the mouse pointer over a cell, a tooltip displays the complete value. If you select Auto Resize (default), the columns resize automatically when you resize the window. Auto Resize is only available for Small Column Width.

  • Minimum Column Width

  • All columns are minimized and display an “X” instead of a value. With this display, you can resize the window to a minimum and still receive an overview of the vector iteration. When you hover the mouse pointer over a cell, a tooltip displays the complete value.

Swap Rows and Columns

Choose Swap Rows and Columns to change the window display such as the registers being displayed in columns instead of rows.

Update All

Polls the current values of all evaluations. The window content is not changed by this operation.
