Syntax

extern __m128d _mm_atan_pd(__m128d v1);

extern __m256d _mm256_atan_pd(__m256d v1);

Arguments

v1	vector with float64 values

Description

Calculates the arc tangent of vector v1 elements. In effect, the tangent of each resulting element value is the value of the corresponding v1 vector element.

Returns

128-bit/256-bit vector with result of the operation.

Note

Many routines in the svml library are more highly optimized for Intel® microprocessors than for non-Intel microprocessors.
