POSIX Subroutine: Closes the file associated with the descriptor.

CALL PXFCLOSE (fd,ierror)

fd	(Input) INTEGER(4). A file descriptor.
ierror	(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.

If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.
